RESEARCH

Several BDML members at ICRA 2014. I am the one on crutches, in yellow.

My research has focused on formulating innovative sensing solutions for challenging applications, developing human experiments, and designing biomedical devices. My new project (started September 21, 2015)  involves haptics and mechanical design: our goal is to virtually place the physician's hand inside an MR scanner.

At Dartmouth, I completed an Undergraduate Honor's Thesis under Dr. Douglas Van Citters in the Engineering Department. At Stanford, I am a member of the Biomimetics and Dexterous Manipulation Lab (BDML) under Dr. Mark Cutkosky in the Mechanical Engineering Department.
